Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations when the General or Assistant Manager is away. You’ll run shifts, develop the team, and keep the store guest-ready from open to close. The role requires 1+ year in restaurant or retail, a high school diploma, strong leadership, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience preferred; lead experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with management — from opening to closing.
• Build team schedules, train employees, and maintain the right staffing levels.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Support hiring, coaching, and day-to-day performance on the floor.
• Ensure company standards and policies are met on every shift.
