85°C Bakery Cafe in Fremont invites you to join our Store Management Team. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, ensure service excellence, and uphold quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience in fast food, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the store

• Prepare periodic reports including sales control and scheduling
• Organize and supervise employee shifts

• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
• Cross-train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
• Additional duties as needed

Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including but not limited to leading all aspects of operation, to include the customer service, cost management, and other training functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores;Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation;Prepare periodic report, to include sales control, employee scheduling, etc.;Organize and supervise the employee shifts;Participate in management and personnel meetings;Check stock levels and order supplies and materials;Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety;Additional duties at store when circumstances dictate.Store associates will be expected to cross train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.Associate/Bachelor degree preferred;Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at leadership level position;Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills;Ability to multitask and work with tight deadline to meet new or changing demands;Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed;Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept;Available to work on weekends and holidays.This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
