Qualifications

• Two years of progressive experience in fast food or related operations at a leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure all employees take breaks on time.
• Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and keep note of supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Cross-train in each department including: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.
