Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures across the bakery.
• Monitor store performance and align with KPIs and goals.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve results.
• Maintain brand standards in quality, service, and store presentation.
• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for consistency and efficiency.
• Train and coach staff and franchisees on operational excellence and service standards.
• Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management to minimize waste.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them per brand values.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on promotions and initiatives.
• Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation in the community.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to franchisee and corporate.
