Job summary

CJ Foodville USA is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Marietta, GA to oversee the back-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure food preparation meets CJ standards. You will manage line checks, cost controls, inventory, and safety while collaborating with the GM on new menu items.

The role requires 4+ years in full-service dining with management experience, and an associate’s degree in hospitality is preferred. Bilingual skills (Spanish/Korean) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-service dining including management.
• Associate’s Degree in Hospitality preferred.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate required or preferred.
• Spanish or Korean language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and back-of-house activities.
• Manage food preparation and recipes according to CJ standards.
• Conduct line checks at shift start and monitor safety practices.
• Control food and BOH labor costs; plan pars, ordering, and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and develop BOH staff; collaborate with GM on new items.
• Maintain inventory, P&L oversight, and strong customer service.
