Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support the Bakery area, stock shelves, assist with deliveries and provide friendly service to customers. You will help maintain displays, follow SOPs, and participate in team efforts across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, knowledge of department products, and adherence to health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing display; front-face, rotate stock and remove outdated products.
• Stock shelves, bins and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to team.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling areas and inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, groomed and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques; greet phones promptly.
• Maximize sales via proper prep, storage and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
