Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a capable Team Member to support the Bakery team with receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves and displays, and delivering friendly service. You will assist with deliveries, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, and a proactive approach to merchandising and selling. Flexible shifts and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays by keeping cases clean and stocked and facing products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows SOPs for health, safety, and cleanliness.
