Whole Foods Market is hiring a Team Member to support our Bakery area. You will assist with receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays while delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service and adhering to WFM standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Competenze

• No prior retail experience required.

Mansioni

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, checking codes, rotating stock and removing outdated products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling programs and keeps sample areas clean and full.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and prepared, works shifts and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising of products.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keeps working area clean and equipment maintained per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
