Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to company specifications and recipes.
• Forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough.
• Monitors cooking times and sets heat and humidity for proof box.
• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Ensures logs are completed for temp, sweep, and sanitation.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary workspace and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and performs other duties as assigned.
