Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough product knowledge and ability to apply merchandising expectations.

• Ability to operate POS electronics and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products per recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and form dough according to specs.
• Monitor proof times and control heat/humidity.
• Ensure product quality and sanitation logs are complete.
• Provide excellent customer service and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and accurate signs/pricing.
• Open/close duties and report safety hazards.
