Job summary

Responsibilities

• Measures, mixes, and prepares raw materials according to specs and recipes.
• Forms, cuts, molds, shapes, and bakes dough.
• Monitors cooking times and sets heat and humidity temperatures for proof box.
• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintains sanitation logs and clean, sanitary workspace.
• Delivers courteous service and assists customers with product questions.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, stocking, and merchandising.
