Whole Foods Market in West Bloomfield, MI is seeking a Bakery Team Member to support receiving and prep, maintain displays, stock shelves, and assist customers. You will help with product rotation, sampling, and inventory while upholding WFM standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• WFM standards and SOPs knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; front-face, rotate, and stock products.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist with sampling and inventory checks.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; be punctual.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and shopping environments.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and price accuracy.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
