The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and adherence to health, safety, and company standards. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, assisting with sampling, and supporting store operations across opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Proactive selling and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge across bakery items.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, stocking, rotating, and checking codes.
• Stocking and cleaning shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to relevant leads.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Punctuality, grooming, and readiness for shifts and trainings.
• Delivers courteous, efficient service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Ensures proper signage, pricing, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working/shopping environment and uses equipment safely.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
