Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members to support Bakery operations and provide courteous, friendly service to customers. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, assisting with sampling, and maintaining clean displays.

No prior retail experience is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked and front-facing with accurate signs.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs promptly, and models suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows procedures for health, sanitation and safe work practices; performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
