Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Team Member to proof and bake unfinished bakery items, stock displays, and ensure freshness and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will handle orders, assist customers, and maintain clean, organized bakery areas.

Ideal candidates have bakery or customer service background, are at least 18, and can work a flexible schedule. This role offers weekly pay and benefits as part of BJ’s comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following production information and charts.
• Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, breads and cakes.
• Decorates special orders or case products as needed.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies.
• cleans and sanitizes equipment, fixtures, and surfaces in the bakery area.
