Job summary

Crumbl is hiring three full-time bakers for our Methuen store. The position offers 35–40 hours per week with an $18 per hour base pay plus tips. Training is provided and prior baking experience is not required.

Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required, with shifts typically between early morning and evening hours. Responsibilities include baking cookies, decorating, handling customer orders and payments, and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• No baking experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old for commercial bakery equipment duties.

Responsibilities

• Measure ingredients, mix dough, and follow recipes carefully so each batch meets our product standards.
• Bake and decorate cookies, check their quality, and package them for customers.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and help customers with their purchases.
• Restock ingredients and supplies, clean work areas, and follow food safety procedures during shifts.
• Operate and clean commercial bakery equipment using training procedures.
• Communicate with teammates to keep production and orders moving during busy periods.
