Job summary

ShopRite of West Deptford is seeking a Baker to assist the Bakery Manager with baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging, and filling of pastries and bread items in the Bakery Department; to maintain a neat, clean and visually appealing department and to perform other tasks as required in an efficient and safe manner, within Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service while assisting Bakery Manager with baking and dough work.
• Prepare pastries and bread items, icing, packaging and filling as directed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe bakery area; follow recipes and QA standards.
• Rotate merchandise, check prices, and ensure accurate signage.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies in daily tasks.
