Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand English proficiently.
• Able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.
• Able to handle fresh, dried or processed products safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow recipes to produce baked goods of specified flavor and texture.
• Set up, operate and tend equipment used in baking processes.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation.
• Assist Bakery Manager with daily department operations.
