Job summary

85C Bakery Cafe in Overland Park is seeking motivated bakery associates to produce and prepare high-quality bakery products, while upholding our commitment to food safety, consistency, and exceptional quality. You will work across production stations, measure and mix ingredients, decorate cakes, and ensure products meet company specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bakery/food production or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week for part-time or 32 hours per week for full-time.
• Early morning, weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision and maintain presentation.
• Package and organize finished products for distribution and sale.
• Monitor quality and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment and assist with inventory.
