Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and PPE.
• Assemble ingredients, mix, bake goods, and place trays in oven.
• Package, label, and wrap baked goods; clean display cases and put fresh goods in cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss.
