Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Outgoing, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift and training teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Lead the cookie crew and collaborate with teammates.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow food-safety practices.
• Handle cash and deposits accurately during shifts.
