As an entry-level hourly Leader in the Bakery, you’ll join a dynamic retail environment that’s growing, with new opportunities available every day to enhance your skill set. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our values, business measures, standards, and operations. You will ensure that the most knowledgeable and passionate team of Bakery employees are working to educate our customers and provide them with the freshest bakery products. What will I do?

1. Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness, and product uniqueness.
2. Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings.
3. Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer meal suggestions.

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of bakery products.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.

Work Environment & Additional Information

The physical demands include walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive movements, occasional heavy lifting, bending, and reaching. The environment may involve exposure to cold, freezing, and hot temperatures, and allergens. Experience in bakery product production, decorating, and supervising others is preferred.
