Job summary

Levain Bakery in Venice, CA is seeking a customer-focused leader to supervise shifts, deliver high-quality service, and uphold the bakery’s standards. The role includes opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring DOH compliance while mentoring the team to build strong customer relationships.

The position offers $23.00-$25.00 per hour plus tips and up to 15% quarterly bonus potential, plus benefits such as health-related accounts and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Open availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Read and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must have valid DOH Certification and regional food handlers’ certifications.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
