85°C Bakery Cafe in Edmonds, WA is hiring for Store Management Team Members. This full-time role focuses on leading store operations, supervising shifts, and driving performance to meet quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least two years of progressive leadership in fast food, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Organize and supervise the employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and maintain supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Additional duties as needed.
