Qualifications

• Minimum of two years progressive leadership experience in fast food or related food operations.
• Strong organizational, communications and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports including sales control, scheduling and inventory.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts; participate in management meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies; maintain quality and safety standards.
