85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking a Store Manager in Salmon Creek, WA. The role oversees day-to-day operations, customer service, and staff leadership at a fast-paced bakery cafe. It requires managing shifts, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams across departments.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years progressive leadership experience in fast-food or related food operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Excellent work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own the store’s performance and drive business results.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts and breaks.
• Participate in management and staff meetings.
• Monitor stock levels and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety.
• Cross-train across Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments.
