Insomnia Cookies in Pullman, WA is seeking a Shift Leader for the 902 NE Colorado St location. You will spearhead nightly operations, drive customer service, oversee baking and cashier tasks, and coach the cookie crew to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging and cleaning.
• Lead the cookie crew and work alongside them.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and proper food handling.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
