Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader in Spokane, WA to captain daily bakery operations from 922 N Division St. You will lead by example, bake, assist customers, and drive team performance during night or day shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team.
• Work with the Cookie Crew to ensure a smooth shift.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow food safety practices.
• Handle cash handling and deposits.
