Job summary

Kellanova Kansas City Bakery is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation operations, oversee the sanitation team, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and food quality standards in a fast-paced bakery setting.

You will implement SSOPs, monitor chemical usage, drive improvements, and partner with production to minimize downtime while maintaining hygienic conditions for safe food production. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a sanitation or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, SSOPs, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Experience leading sanitation teams in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation operations and supervise the sanitation team across daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleaning standards by following approved SSOPs and proper use of sanitation chemicals.
• Drive compliance and safety by ensuring equipment, floors, and facilities meet established standards; conduct pre-operational inspections.
