Franz Family Bakery is seeking Sanitors/Equipment Cleaners to keep our bakery clean and compliant with food-safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, coordinating with production to minimize downtime and maintain equipment surfaces and plant wide cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in sanitation in a large bakery or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-temperature environment and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean bakery surfaces, equipment, and floors.
• Operate cleaning tools such as mops, buckets, vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Follow safety and food-safety sanitation standards and company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness during equipment downtime and support production schedules.
• Uphold Franz Bakery core values and join the union within 30 days of hire.
