• Takes orders in person or by phone, clarifying size, flavor and appearance.
• Sets up special-order tables and displays; may write on cakes as needed.
• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced, with correct signage; handles near-expiration items per policy.
• Maintains department sanitation; follows cleaning schedules to meet health and OSHA standards.
