• May assist with production of breads and pastries; adheres to production logs and recipes.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness; follows cleaning schedules and OSHA requirements.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries with appropriate equipment.
• Applies PPE and follows safety guidelines; may assist in other departments.
