The QA Technician will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and documentation.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and FDA-regulated food safety practices is a plus.
• Experience in food manufacturing or QA environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Monitor production parameters and document weight, temperature, and packaging inspections.
• Perform GMP audits and enforce food safety protocols throughout the facility.
• Collect and analyze samples for microbial and moisture testing.
• Investigate deviations and non-conformances and assist with corrective actions.
