QA Manager, ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement to support operational excellence and a strong food safety culture within the production

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA Technicians on multiple shifts, ensuring consistent adherence to GMPs and quality standards.
• Maintain active floor presence to verify real-time compliance with food safety requirements.
• Serve as on-site QA authority during production and assist Sr. QA Manager as needed.
• Coach and mentor technicians on inspection procedures, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a proactive food safety culture aligned with company policies and cGMPs.
• Collaborate with Production, Sanitation and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.
