Marzetti Company in Ohio is seeking an Oven/Proof Operator to control proof boxes, ovens and the Tunnel Oven Loader to produce bread per specifications.

You will monitor metal detectors, adjust temperature, humidity and bake times, and communicate deviations to the supervisor and oven team, following HAACP guidelines.

This full-time role requires standing 8 hours, lifting 110 lb racks, weekend availability, and collaboration with the mixer, divider, moulder and supervisor.

Qualificações

• Must communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees regarding dough conditions and mechanical problems.
• Must show up on time and work weekends as scheduled.
• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift with a 30 minute lunch break.
• Must be able to transport multiple racks as needed to maintain production pace.
• Must be able to perform the essential job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Operates proof boxes, ovens, slitters and Tunnel Oven Loader to produce quality product in accordance with all established specifications.
• Must follow instructions and apply HAACP procedures when deviations are encountered.
• Record and rotate racks through the steam box and maintain proper proof rotation.
