Responsibilities

• Train and support team members on daily production tasks.
• Learn and understand each production line and work in different zones.
• Help manage breaks and keep the team moving during shifts.
• Maintain product quality and ensure standards are met.
• Monitor food waste and costs to support efficiency.
• Cross-train team members and place staff where needed.
• Communicate staffing and production issues to Supervisors.
