Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in a hands-on leadership role. Opportunities span first, second, and third shifts with a team of 15–25 production employees.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, and ensure food safety and quality across the line. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in food manufacturing and a proven ability to drive performance, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
