Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
• Experience with high-volume bakery equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement company standards for formulas, scaling weights, pan sizes, bake times, and production control processes.
• Train, coach, oversee, provide feedback and assess staff performance.
• Coordinate manpower, ingredients, and equipment for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot equipment to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality products to Sales and other departments.
