Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or related area of study (preferred)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good written, verbal and human relations skills
• Math proficiency (fractions, percentages, basic algebra)
• Demonstrated initiative and motivation
