McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a Sanitation Specialist for a Weekend Shift in Stuarts Draft, VA. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment, training new staff, and supporting the Environmental Sanitation Department across production areas.

You may work in high temperatures and cold rooms, lifting up to 50 lbs and using high-pressure wash systems. Training, safety gear, and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work with others as part of a team.
• Willing to lift 20–50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Excellent safety record and adherence to food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean in assigned areas per MSS and support sanitation goals.
• Provide training to new employees on cleaning procedures.
• Rotate across areas and operate high‑pressure washing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize equipment listed on MSS during changeovers.
• Wear proper PPE and follow all safety procedures at all times.
