Job summary

Qualifications

• Bakery production experience in a production or related role.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation.
• Must obtain a food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Able to stand and walk for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises continuous production line.
• Rotates among duties including filler, wrapper, packing, stacking.
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
• Reports equipment issues promptly to supervisor/manager.
• Follows all safety procedures applicable to daily operations.
• Maintains safe, clean environment by adhering to safety policies.
• Provides excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Follows Aramark and OSHA safety policies including food safety.
• Ensures security of company and client assets.
