• Produces breads and pastries; bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products and maintains sanitation.
• Trains production staff to high standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
