Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for bakery production and counter service roles. Responsibilities include baking breads, decorating cakes, stocking products, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour workday with standing/walking 6-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
