The role requires working with standard operating procedures, safety rules, and teamwork. No prior retail experience required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedule including nights and weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in baking breads and pastries.
• Able to decorate and finish cakes and pies.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events/holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
