Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is seeking a diligent Bakery Production Associate to craft cheesecakes and layered cakes for over 200 restaurants and external clients in a fast-paced production facility.

You will work across depositing, topping, finishing, and packing stages, with a focus on safety and quality. Training and advancement opportunities are available, plus a 1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a 25% dining discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand 8–9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Depositing: prepare pans and inserts with precision according to recipes.
• Topping: layer cakes and apply icing per cake type guidelines.
• Finishing: decorate, apply decorations, and securely wrap cakes.
• Final presentation: pack and box cakes for shipping to restaurants and customers.
