Responsibilities include producing from dough to finished goods, training staff, and assisting with event productions. Must lift 50 pounds and be available for flexible hours in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality breads and pastries.
• Prepare doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pies, and bars.
• Bake, cool, wrap, and label products.
• Stock dry products.
• Develop new recipes and production techniques.
• Train production personnel to high standards.
• Plan production for events and holidays.
• Maintain Datapax production modules.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure signs and pricing are accurate.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
