Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce breads, pastries, cakes and pies.
• Bake, cool, wrap, and label products accurately.
• Stock dry goods and manage presentation on the counter.
• Develop recipes and production techniques for seasonal items.
• Train production staff to high standards in production.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist on floor.
