Responsibilities

• Produce breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, pies and bars.
• Perform baking, cooling, wrapping, labeling of products.
• Stock dry products and manage product rotation and merchandising.
• Develop recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Train production staff and assist with event planning and forecasting.
• Maintain Datapax modules and ensure cleanliness and safe work practices.
