Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator III in Kentucky to help run a team-oriented production line. You will operate automated equipment, diagnose minor issues, maintain sanitation, and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

The role requires lifting and physical work, adherence to GMPs, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to keep output steady and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency plus a technical certification course.
• Equivalent military training or other related technical training may substitute.
• A technical certification may include the AIB “Science of Baking” course.

Responsibilities

• Check and adhere to production work schedule for assignments and times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times during duty.
• Operate facility metal detector(s) if trained and certified.
• Comply with safety rules, GMPs and company policies.
• Perform duties integral to production, attendance, and scheduling.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery per established standards.
