You will maintain documentation, support start-ups and changeovers, and uphold GMPs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet quality and food safety specifications.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues and escalate as needed to avoid downtime.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.
• Support equipment start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, recipes, and procedures; keep work area clean and safe.
